CANCELLATION POLICY

But to keep our space running smoothly for everyone, here’s the lowdown on our cancellation policy: ⏳ Cancel with kindness – We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Miss that window and you’ll be charged 60% of the service fee to the card on file. 💳 Card declined? No worries—just know your booking privileges will be paused until the balance is squared up. ⏱️ Running late? You’ve got a 5-minute grace period. After that, we’ll have to treat it as a late cancellation, charge the fee, and reschedule you for another time. 🚫 No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, and booking will be frozen until the fee is paid. 💸 All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. We respect your time—please respect ours. 💫 Let’s keep the good energy flowing.
